The proper pile (Gen 2).

1. God is over man.

He commands and protects man.

2. Man is over woman.

The man takes care of the woman.

Gen 2:23-24 v.23 The man said,

v.24 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

3. People are over creation.

People do what they want with creation. And in the 'take care of the world' sense they also need to take care of it.

Gen 2:19 v.19 Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.

How it all got flipped (Gen 3).

1. Creation over woman.

The snake is creation. By telling the woman what to do it was going over her.

Gen 3:4-5 v.4 "You will not surely die," the serpent said to the woman. v.5 "For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."

2. Woman over man.

The woman ate the fruit. By telling her husband to eat it she was going over him.

Gen 3:6 v.6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desireble for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.

3. Man over God.

By eating the fruit in the first place, the man was disobeying God, thus, putting himself over him.

Gen 3:6 (read verse above) v.6 ... She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.

NCIS episode worth talking about: Swan Song

I'm doing this episode because it is the second to last ep of season 8. By the way, NCIS 9 is out! YAHH!

Swan Song was a sad ep. But there is this one scene that was so touching. Gibbs' old friend and partner, Mike Franks, was killed by a killer NCIS has been trying to chase down. The entire team was very sad. Ziva and Tony were in the elevator, and Ziva started to cry. Tony and Ziva were still hugging when the doors opened, and outside was McGee and Abby hugging. Tony invited them inside, and they all did a group hug.

Back from vacation!

We went to Camron Highlands. It was lots of fun! Except for the fact that I kept on having motion sickness going up the mountain and down. I bought a couple things too. :) A tiny flip-flop key chain that says "Camron Highlands" on it, and red angry bird key chain, a sparkly strawberry chain and a key chain that is a leaf with two strawberries on it. I know, a lot of keychains. :P I got to go now, but here is a rabbit thing. I hope the font doesn't ruin it.

Yesterday, on Christmas, was wild! First we went to church. After the sermon was a play from the little kids. Then we all had a big christmas lunch. I had pasta, potato salad, turkey with gravy and lamb with gravy. Than I had two slices of christmas cake, four gingerbread cookies, three tiny vanilla cupcakes and two small slices of pumpkin pie with whipped cream on top. Than we stopped by a friend's friend's house. I mostly read my book there though. Then we went to our grandmother's house. We watched TV, watched a movie, played Wii, and had a christmas dinner. I had corn, two pieces of chicken, and macaroni n' cheese. After a couple hours we had desert. I had cookies n' cream ice cream, a bit of flan, and a slice of cake. We rested awhile after that. Then we went to the movie theater at The Curve to watch Sherlock Holmes: A game of shadows again. We got home late. Really late. But it was fun. :)

Well, we drove to the Curve. Then we stopped by Starbucks. Mom got coffee and we got muffins. Then we stopped by a spray on tattoo place. I got some sort of flower thing. Lion got a dragon. Hawk got a bird of paradise. Dove got feathers. Then we went to the theater to watch Sherlock Holmes: A game of shadows (yay :D). Go to my other blog to here more on what I have to say about it. Then we went to McDonald's. It was really crowded I must point out :}. Then we stopped by a jewelry place. Dove got a silver butterfly pendant. Hawk got a tiger's eye cross pendant. I got a tiger's eye necklace. Now we are home and really tired. Anyway, Happy Christmas Eve everybody. :)

Her black hair. I don't know why, but I just love it. The way I see it, her silky black hair makes it so much more easier for the guys to be taken in.
I can't really place her accent in any particular place. But I love it anyway.
It really is weird yet cool that she can play more than one person. Not at once of course. :)
She is sometimes annoying, but that is the only thing I hold against her.

Yea, I know. So far, on this list and the NCIS list, both no. 2s are computer geeks. I guess computer geeks are cool to me. So why Hardison?

Hardison loves computers. So do I. :)

The reason why this ep is worth talking about Is really minor. But I still luv it. :) So, dead guy in the dump out back. The body is out, and Ziva checks out the dumpster. This is sorta what the conversation went like.

Ziva: Hey guys, look! This is gross.

Tony: Yea, it is.

McGee: Yea, it is. To bad we don't have any probationary agents to dig through it.

Tony: Oh wait...

Mcgee and Tony: (look at each other, then at Ziva) We do!

Ziva: You are going to use my rank against me?

Anyway, I just thought it was funny. :) But there is something more, I just love that, in the end, Tony finally makes up with his dad.

Leverage ranks: Parker

I have been wondering if I should do Leverage ranks or Bones ranks. I am still working on the Bones thing. So I decided to do Leverage. Leverage is about a team who helps people get out of difficult situations with rich people. Modern day Robin Hood I guess.

#1 Parker the thief.

I know what your thinking: Parker is a boy name, and the pic up top is obviously a girl. That still puzzles me too. But she is still no. 1.

She is a thief. Well, the entire team are thieves, but she is the one who gets them into banks. And I love that breaking into banks is her passion. Once, she was going on and on about a certain bank and its security. They team stared at her. Her reply was: "Well, what do you do on your weekends?"
She is very childish. I just simply love, love, love that. She once bugged Nate (the mastermind) into helping a framed santa. She was acting like a little kid receiving a great toy when Nate gave her a big wad of cash for christmas.
She does not like playing the-hot-girl-who-needs-to-attract-the-bad-guy thing. Once since Sophie (the grifter) couldn't do that, Parker was chosen. Parker flashed onto the last time that happened, she stabbed the guy with a fork. I just love how she can't really grift that well.

Well, thats all I can think of. But Parker is still totally total awesome. :)

NCIS episode worth talking about: Dead Air

Why is it worth talking about? The lovely Tony trouble. And when I say "trouble" I mean that Tony is having the trouble. Well, Tony was really annoying Ziva and McGee because he was talking a lot. But, after chasing after some joggers to interview them about their vic, Tony was beginning to lose his voice. Tony was chosen to interview a suspect, he had a very squeaky voice. So he didn't sound as threatening as he would when he slapped the table a "yelled": "Do you want to spend the rest of your life in jail?" When Tony asked Ducky how bad his throat was, Ducky told him it was not serious, but he would need to refrain from talking for 24 hours. Ziva seemed very elated. ;) Any way, I thought that this would be worth mentioning. :)

Yes! It is the 6th of December! It is St. Nicholas day! Yay! I got to give my gifts to my siblings and parents! I gave Hawk a blanket with her fave color/flavor ice cream on it and some math signs on it. She loves math(!). I gave Lion an origami frog (he likes frogs). Why do I gripe about movies?

If you have been reading my other blog (violetpurplefish.blogspot.com/) you may have noticed that there are at least two posts in which I gripe about movies. Why? You may be thinking, "Hey! Its just a movie!" But I am angry at the movie makers of Percy Jackson and Narnia for two or three reasons (you may or may not agree with me).

1. Percy Jackson and Narnia are on my list of favorite books. Their movies don't do them justice.

2. Narnia is an old series, so I would expect some respect to C.S. Lewis' books.

3. I love books and so I would hate for a good story to be changed for a so called "better" story.

P.S. We had a late Thanksgiving dinner at a friends house two days ago. I had lots of turkey, potatoes, a little sweet potatoes with brown sugar on it, broccoli, gravy all over what I mentioned (except the sweet potatoes of course). I also had pumpkin pie for the very first time! YUMMY! I had a piece of apple pie, two pieces of pumpkin pie, a scoop of cool whip on both of the pumpkin pies, three scoops of ice cream and two glasses of water after that. ;)

To us, its a notebook. To a cat, its a nice place to sleep.

Mom and I were eating some where. And the christmas tree caught my attention. I was all like: "Oh! Deja vu!" Why? Take a guess.

I'll tell you (just for the people who can't guess). I watched "A Charlie Brown Christmas" a long time ago. And I have not forgotten the time he hung the red christmas decoration on the christmas tree and the tree sagged almost exactly the same way the top of this tree sagged. :)
