Sing joyfully to the Lord, you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise him. Praise the Lord with the harp; make music to him on the ten-stringed lyre. Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy. For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does.
Guess what? I'm actually finished with the Hard Times at the Huskin' Bee review, but I've been really sick lately, so I haven't really had posting anything on my mind.
So yeah, we're back from Singapore, as we have been for almost a week and a half. And in the week and a half, I've been practicing for worship at church. With a gosh awful cold. And I was the worship leader. Anyway, it was able to be done, thank God. My cold settled down for awhile on Sunday (20th of June), enough for me to be able to sing. My mother, Hawk, and friends supported me as backup singers, and my father helped me find a Call to Worship (the verses above). I am really happy that I got to lead worship at church. It felt like a great experience. Also, my parents have been worship leaders for as long as I can remember, so it feels like I'm carrying on a legacy.
I got compliments for my worship leading; apparently I have a good singing voice. Thank God I can use some of the gifts he gave me to praise him.
Anyhoo, now I've got a new cold, the worst I've had in awhile. But I've still officially finished one of my classes for good, completed a biology exam, and finished the Hard Times at the Huskin' Bee review, which will be coming soon.
P.S. I edited a few things in my Old Grist Mill review, so you may want to check it out again.
