How a great nation and land undoes the curse

The curse
After Adam and Eve ate the fruit, the entire earth was cursed.

The curse of the land
God told the man that because he he ate from the tree, it would be hard to produce good food from the land.
Gen 3:17-18 v.17 "Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life. v.18 It will produce thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field.

The curse of the nation
God cursed all who worked on the tower of Babel. He scattered them all over the face of the earth (very ironic for the people because that is the very thing they were trying to avoid).
Gen 11:8 v.8 So the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city.

The undoing
God undid it all by his promised to Abraham.

The undoing of the curse of the land
God promised Abraham a land flowing with milk and honey. A good prosperous land.
Gen 12:7 v.7 The LORD appeared to Abram and said, "To your offspring I will give this land." So he built an alter there to the LORD, who had appeared to him.

The undoing of the curse of the nation
God promised Abraham a great nation. A guarantee of lot of kids.
Gen 12:2 v.2 "I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.
